Father’s Day

So the holiday is coming up and i know this will make some of you sad. Instead of thinking about what you’re missing think about some of the best moments with your father. It’s often times easier to remember the good times. What you had when he was here! Don’t let yourself get bogged down by sadness. Maybe try some deep breathing. Remember that your father wouldn’t want you to be down here all sad on the account of him. Even if your dad was just absent, this is a day set aside to remember your parents. His absence is not on the account of you. Think about the happiest place you’ve been. What can you see, touch, smell?
